Gregg Alan Richardson & Juan Luis Garcia Injured in Accident in Hillsborough County, FL

Hillsborough County, FL -- An alcohol related crash in the area of Hillsborough County, FL Sunday, February 12, 2017 left Gregg Alan Richardson & Juan Luis Garcia with injuries.

The incident took place on I-75 around 2 a.m.

It appears a 2000 Nissan was headed south in the northbound lanes when it crashed with a 2007 GMC pickup. Mr. Richardson, 57, sustained serious injuries. Mr. Garcia was left with minor injuries in the collision.

The exact cause of the incident is unclear, but police say they believe alcohol was a factor.

The official investigation is ongoing and may reveal more details as it unfolds.
