Andrew Robinson Killed in Fort Worth, TX, Forklift Accident

Fort Worth, TX -- November 8, 2016, Andrew Robinson was killed as the result of an accident in which his forklift flipped over.

An OSHA report was released concerning the fatal incident. Their investigators say that accident happened at Dollamur Sport Surfaces, located at 1734 East El Paso Street. Dollamur deals with sports-related matting, such as wrestling and cheerleader mats.

The exact details surrounding the accident are not clear. The report indicates that Robinson sustained fatal injuries when a forklift flipped. The report didn't specify whether or not he was driving the forklift in question.

There haven't any been any reports elaborating on this particular accident. Further investigations are needed to determine what exactly caused the accident.
