2 Injured in Jonesboro, AR, Single-Vehicle Accident on Red Wolf

Jonesboro, AR -- February 7, 2017, two people sustained injuries due to an accident in which their vehicle crashed off of Red Wolf Boulevard.

Jonesboro Police investigators report that the crash occurred just outside the Mall at Turtle Creek around 4:00 a.m.

According to their preliminary reports, two people were inside of a vehicle that was traveling down Red Wolf Boulevard. For reasons that have yet to be determined, the vehicle lost control and went off the side of the road. This caused the vehicle to skid before eventually flipping over into a roadside ditch.

Emergency services were called to the scene, and they transported both people to a nearby hospital for treatment. Reports did not specify their injuries.

Authorities are not yet sure what factors contributed to the crash. The accident remains under investigation.
