Man Killed in Accident in the 13000 Block of South Interstate Highway 35 in Travis County, TX

Travis County, TX -- A single-vehicle collision in the area of Travis County, TX took the life of an unidentified man Sunday, February 5, 2017.

The crash occurred in the area of 13000 South Interstate Highway 35 about 2:15 a.m.

Officials say the vehicle occupied by the victim was headed south on 35 when for reasons unknown veered off the road. The truck then struck a guardrail, subsequently colliding with a signpost. The details of the man's death are sparse. It is unclear if the victim was killed at the scene. His full identity has not been disclosed, but the report claims he was in his 30's.

The official investigation is currently underway and may reveal more details as it concludes.
