Rhonda Williams Killed, One Hurt in Accident in Bloomfield Township, MI

Bloomfield Township, MI -- A suspected alcohol related crash in the area of Bloomfield Township, MI Wednesday, January 25, 2017 left 43-year-old Rhonda Williams dead, and injured one.

Police officials say the incident took place on Square Lake about 9 p.m.

The report claims a Maserati was headed east on Square Lake when for unknown reasons, it collided with a Subaru Legacy. The force of the collision pushed the Subaru into a barrier fence. The driver of the Subaru, Rhonda Williams, was taken to a local hospital, but later succumbed to her injuries. The driver of the Maserati was also hospitalized and was last listed in critical condition.

The cause of the collision is unclear, but police say they believe alcohol and excessive speed contributed.
