Man Killed, One Injured in Accident on East Avenue in Woodstown, NJ

Woodstown, NJ -- A crash involving a pickup truck and a tractor-trailer in the area of Woodstown, NJ left one person dead & one with injuries Thursday, February 2, 2017.

Police officials say the crash took place on East Avenue about 5:24 a.m.

It appears a Nissan Frontier was headed west when it was involved in a head-on crash with an eastbound semi-truck. The cause of the deadly collision is unclear. The occupant in the Nissan, whose identity has not been disclosed, was killed at the scene of the incident. The driver of the tractor-trailer, a 42-year-old male resident of Seaford, was left with minor injuries.

The exact cause of the incident has not been revealed.
