Man Hurt in Pedestrian vs. Vehicle Accident on Houston Avenue in Houston, TX

Houston, TX -- A collision between a Houston Police car and a bicyclist left one person with undisclosed injuries in the area of Houston, TX Tuesday, January 31, 2017.

The collision took place about 7 a.m. on Houston Avenue close to Memorial Drive.

The details of the incident are sparse. It appears the police car struck the bike, sending the cyclist to St. Joseph Medical Center.
