Jamal Anderson Killed, One Hurt in Accident in Randallstown, MD
Randallstown, MD -- A suspected alcohol related incident in the area of Randallstown, MD claimed the life of 14-year-old Jamal Anderson and left one injured Friday, January 27, 2017.
It looks like young Anderson and a 19-year-old friend were riding their bike on Marriottsville Road when the incident happened.
The pair were reportedly struck on Liberty Road by a car driven by an alleged drunk driver. Jamal Anderson was killed, while the 19-year-old was left critically injured. The driver of the car, 23-year-old Conrad Thorpe, has since been charged in relation to the deadly incident.
The name of the 19-year-old victim has not been identified.
The official investigation is currently underway and authorities hope to learn more as it concludes.
