Four Hurt in Bus Accident on I-37 in San Antonio, TX

San Antonio, TX -- A collision between a pickup truck and a bus left four people with injuries on Interstate 37 in the area of San Antonio, TX Friday, January 27, 2017.

It looks like a pickup truck was headed north on Interstate 37 when the incident happened. The report claims the pickup veered to avoid traffic slowing in the northbound lanes. The pickup ended up landing on its side, where it was struck by an oncoming charter bus. The collision caused the truck to catch fire.

The driver of the pickup was taken to a nearby hospital for burn treatment.

Two passengers on the bus sustained minor injuries in the collision.

The cause of the incident is unclear.

The official investigation is currently underway, and authorities hope to determine a cause.
