Worker Hurt in Accident on 72 Regatta Road in Weymouth, MA

Weymouth, MA -- A work incident left an unidentified person with injuries in the area of Weymouth, MA Friday, January 27, 2017.

The incident took place in the area of 72 Regatta Road about 10 a.m.

It is unclear what occurred, but police say the incident involved a scaffold collapse. The man was taken to a local hospital for trauma treatment. The man's condition has not been disclosed. The official investigation is ongoing and may reveal more details as it concludes. His identity is unknown.
