Sandra Sarah Dunaway Killed in Accident in James City County, VA

James City County, VA -- A passenger car vs. semi-truck collision left 59-year-old Sandra Sarah Dunaway dead in the area of James City County, VA Thursday, January 26, 2017.

The incident took place about 7:45 a.m. at Industrial Boulevard and Richmond Rd.

The report alleges Ms. Dunaway was headed east when her vehicle collided with the big rig. The incident was described as a head-on collision. Ms. Dunaway was killed at the scene of the collision. The driver of the truck, who has not been identified, was left uninjured in the crash.

The cause of the fatal collision is unclear.

Authorities are currently examining the details of the incident in the deadly crash.
