Brandon Chase Cargal Killed, Taylor Epperson & Joshua Branson Injured in Accident in Davidson Co., NC

Davidson County, NC -- A single-vehicle crash in the area of Davidson County, NC claimed the life of Brandon Chase Cargal, and left Taylor Epperson and Joshua Branson with injuries.

The incident took place about 9 p.m. in the area of 600 Shady Grove Church Road.

It appears the vehicle occupied by the victims careened off the roadway, colliding with a tree. The force of the impact claimed the life of 22-year-old Brandon Chase Cargal, injuring both Taylor Epperson and Joshua Branson. The cause of the incident is unclear, but police say they believe alcohol and poor road conditions may have contributed.

The official investigation is currently underway and may reveal more information as it concludes.
