Rodrigo Brie Injured in Kirbyville, TX, Log Truck Accident

Kirbyville, TX -- January 23, 2017, Rodrigo Brie was injured following an accident in which a log truck collided into the back of his vehicle.

Kirbyville Police officials released details surrounding the crash which occurred at approximately 3:00 p.m. in front of Kirbyville High School.

According to police officials, Brie was driving a silver car along Highway 96 at the time. For reasons that are not yet clear, a log truck did not stop in time to avoid his vehicle, and it crashed into the rear-end of his car.

As a result of the collision, authorities say, Brie was injured. They did not specify his injuries nor whether or not he was taken to a hospital. The truck driver's condition was not specified.

Police did not say if any charges or citations are being considered. They have not released any additional information regarding the crash.
