Gloria Stublen Killed in Two-Vehicle Accident in Chesapeake, VA
Chesapeake, VA -- A two-vehicle crash in the area of Chesapeake, VA claimed the life of 87-year-old Gloria Stublen Sunday, January 22, 2017.
The incident took place about 2:30 p.m.
It appears the victim was exiting a shopping center parking lot, headed south on Greenbriar. Within moments after pulling out, her vehicle was struck by a passing pickup truck. Ms. Stublen was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, but later succumbed.
The cause of the deadly incident had yet to be determined.
The report made no mention of other injuries regarding the crash.
