William Charles Nalls Savage Killed in Pineapple, AL Truck Accident

Pineapple, AL -- A collision between a passenger vehicle and a semi-truck took the life of 39-year-old William Charles Nalls Savage in Pineapple, AL Wednesday, January 18, 2017.

The incident took place on Alabama Highway 21 about 11:50 p.m.

It looks like the Hond CRV and the Freightliner semi, killing Mr. Savage at the scene of the incident. The unidentified driver of the big rig was left without injuries in the crash. Investigators were at the scene examining the details of the incident at the time of the report.

The official investigation is currently underway.

The exact cause of the collision had yet to be determined.

The preliminary press release provided no further information at the time of its release.
