Kathleen Ross Killed, 1 Injured in Wildwood, MO, Car Accident

Wildwood, MO -- January 18, 2017, Kathleen Ross was killed, a man injured, due to an accident where their vehicles crashed on the highway.

Authorities from the Wildwood Police Department were called to the scene at around 2:00 p.m. According to their investigations, 66-year-old Ross was driving a small passenger car heading northbound on Highway 109.

Near the intersection of Angelica Woods Lane, her vehicle and a southbound vehicle somehow crossed paths with each other. This caused the two vehicles to crash head-on.

As a result of the collision, Ross was pronounced dead at the scene. The man driving the other car suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.

At this time, authorities have not reported any charges or citations. their investigations are still underway.
