Donald Lajewski Killed in Accident in Southwick, MA

Southwick, MA -- A single-vehicle collision claimed the life of Donald Lajewski Friday, January 13, 2017 in the area of Southwick, MA.

It is believed Mr. Lajewski's vehicle was traveling along 21 Coes Hill Road about 7 p.m.

The passenger car reportedly careened off the roadway, colliding with a tree. The report claims Mr. Lajewski required extrication from the vehicle, and was subsequently taken to Noble Hospital. Officials declared him dead a short time later. The cause of the incident is unclear, but the report makes mention there may have been a medical event prior to the crash.

Authorities are examining the details of the incident in the hope of determining the cause.

The preliminary media report provided no further information at the time of its release.
