Violette Rupp Killed, Jesus Torres-Flores & Joshua Morgan Injured in Accident in Summerfield, FL

Summerfield, FL -- A single-vehicle collision claimed the life of 37-year-old Violette Rupp and left Jesus Torres-Flores and Joshua Morgan in Summerfield, FL.

The report claims the vehicle containing the occupants was traveling along Sunset Harbor Road about 4:50 a.m. when the incident happened. The vehicle reportedly careened off the roadway, causing the driver to over-correct in an attempt to right the vehicle. The vehicle then veered across both lanes of traffic, cruised into the shoulder, colliding with a tree. The collision forced the vehicle to overturn, which then came to a rest on its roof.

The driver of the 2014 Chrysler, 29-year-old Joshua Morgan, was injured in the incident. Ms. Rupp, 37, a passenger in the vehicle, was killed at the scene of the incident. A second passenger, Jesus Torres-Flores, 38, was also injured.

The official investigation into the incident is ongoing and may reveal more details at its conclusion.
