Mandy Starkey-Carson, Nhu Huong Killed, Bella Carson Hurt in Alleged DUI Accident in Oklahoma City, OK

Oklahoma City, OK -- An alleged DUI incident left both Mandey Starkey-Carson and Nhu Huong dead, and injured Bella Carson in the area of Oklahoma City, OK Saturday, December 30, 2016.

Sources say the victims were the occupants of a vehicle struck by a vehicle driven by 36-year-old Craig Edward Maker. The victims were traveling along the Kilpatrick Turnpike in the area of the Wilshire Boulevard exit when their vehicle was rear-ended. Mandy Starkey-Carson and Nhu Huong, an exchange student from Vietnam, were killed in the collision. Ms. Carson's daughter, Bella, was left with undisclosed injuries.

Mr. Maker, it is claimed, is a multiple-time DUI offender.

He has since been charged with several offenses related to the crash.

Though the exact cause has yet to be determined, officials are investigating the incident as alcohol related.
