Driver Injured in Bryan, TX, School Bus Accident on Tabor Road

Bryan, TX -- January 18, 2017, a driver sustained injuries due to an accident where his pickup and a Bryan ISD school bus collided on Tabor Road.

According to Bryan authorities, the incident occurred at about 5:00 p.m. near the intersection of Tabor Road and FM 2776.

Preliminary accident reports indicate that a school bus was traveling along Tabor carry about 12 students at the time. As it did so, the bus and a pickup somehow crossed paths with one another. It appears the pickup crashed into the back of the bus.

As result of the collision, the driver of the pickup suffered unspecified injuries. It's unclear whether or not that person was taken to a hospital. No students were injured in the accident.

Authorities did not report any citations following the accident. Their investigations are ongoing.
