Hunter D. Osborn Killed in Tyler County, WV

Tyler County, WV -- An incident at a U.S. Well Service site left 19-year-old Hunter D. Osborn dead in the area of Tyler County, West Virginia.

Representatives with the Tyler County Sheriff's Office were called to the scene about 7:23 a.m. after reports of an injured employee. Upon arrival, they found Mr. Osborn trapped between a truck and an undisclosed object. Mr. Osborn was transported by air to a nearby hospital, but later succumbed to his injuries. Authorities had yet to determine the cause of the incident.

Officials are in the process of examining the details of the deadly incident.
