Bentley Hart Chappel Killed in Accident in Junction City, OR

Junction City, OR -- An ATV crash at a vineyard in Junction City, OR took the life of 33-year-old Bentley Hart Chappell Saturday, January 14, 2017.

The report claims the victim was found beneath the crashed vehicle at the vineyard. It is unclear what caused the incident at the Brigadoon Wine Company. The deadly incident appears to have occurred at the bottom of a dirt road. The official cause of death has not been determined pending the results of the Medical Examiner's Office Report.

The official investigation is currently underway.

Mr. Chappell was reportedly a resident of Corvallis.

The preliminary press release provided no further information at the time of its release.
