Debra Goodard Injured in Harrison, AR, Car Accident

Harrison, AR -- January 17, 2017, Debra Helen Goodard was injured following an accident where her vehicle and a pickup crashed on the highway.

According to authorities from the Harrison Police Department, 64-year-old Goodard was in a Toyota Rav4 at a Walgreen's off the Highway 65 and Industrial Park intersection.

Preliminary accident reports indicate that Goodard attempted a left turn onto southbound US 65. Following this, her vehicle crossed paths with a northbound Chevy pickup. The pickup crashed into the side of the SUV as a result.

Following the crash, Goodard sustained unspecified injuries. She was taken to North Arkansas Regional Medical Center for treatment. The driver of the pickup, Anthony Murray, wasn't injured.

Authorities did not say if any citations were issued following the incident. They did not release any additional information.
