Tomonia Michelle Turner Killed in Jacksonville, FL Accident

Jacksonville, FL -- A two-vehicle head-on collision claimed the life of 37-year-old Tomonia Michelle Turner in the area of Jacksonville, FL Tuesday 10, 2017.

Sources claim the incident took place on Lake Shore Boulevard about 3 p.m.

It appears the vehicle occupied by Ms. Turner was eastbound on Lake Shore Boulevard when it was struck by a vehicle that crossed into her lane. Ms. Turner was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries, but later succumbed to her injuries. It is unclear what caused the incident at this time. The report made no mention of other injuries in the incident.

Officials are currently conducting the investigation into the incident and hope to determine a cause at its conclusion.
