One Injured in Killeen, TX, Rollover Accident on TX-195

Killeen, TX -- January 15, 2017, one person was injured due to a rollover accident that occurred on Texas State Highway 195.

Authorities from the Killeen Police Department report that the accident happened near the intersection of TX-195 and Towerhill Lane at about 8:30 p.m.

According to preliminary investigations, a car was traveling northbound on the highway. Due to weather conditions, roads were slick at the time. The vehicle began to hydroplane and lost control, causing it to swerve off the side of the highway and flip over repeatedly.

Due to the accident, the driver of the car sustained injuries. EMS transported that person to Metroplex Hospital for treatment. No other injuries occurred.

Authorities have not released any additional information regarding the accident.
