One Killed, One Hurt in Truck Accident at Hwy. 51 & County Hwy. H in Boulder Junction, WI

Boulder Junction, WI -- A collision between a passenger van and a semi-truck in Boulder Junction, WI claimed the life of one person and left one hurt Tuesday, January 17, 2017.

Sources say the van and the big rig collided at the intersection of Highway 51 and County Highway H about 3:30 p.m. The unidentified deceased victim was said to be a passenger in the van. The victim was reportedly killed at the scene of the incident. The driver of the van was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The official investigation into the incident is ongoing and may reveal more details as it concludes.
