Lynn Baciuska Killed, Synthia Baciuska Hurt in Alleged DUI Accident in Colesville, NY

Colesville, NY -- An alleged suspected alcohol related collision claimed the life of 67-year-old Lynn Baciuska and left Synthia Baciuska injured in Colesville, NY Wednesday, December 28, 2017.

It looks like a vehicle driven by 23-year-old David Murrer collided with a vehicle occupied by the Baciuska's. The collision, which took place on Interstate 88 about 10:53 p.m., threw Mr. Baciuska from the vehicle. He was reportedly killed at the scene of the incident. Mrs. Baciuska, 64, was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.

Authorities are currently conducting the investigation and regard the incident as alcohol related.

The preliminary media report provided no further information.
