Man Killed in Truck Accident on Highway 152 near Mooresville, NC

Mooresville, NC -- An incident involving a pickup truck and a dump truck claimed the life of an unidentified 42-year-old man on Highway 152 in Mooresville, NC.

It looks like a Ford pickup and a dump truck collided at the intersection at Brumley Rd about 1 p.m. The head-on collision left the driver of the pickup dead. The driver of the dump truck went to a local hospital as a precautionary matter. The deceased victim's identity has not been disclosed by authorities.

The cause of the incident has not been determined at the time of the report.

The official investigation is currently underway and authorities hope to learn more as it concludes.
