Norma Miller Killed in Box Truck Accident in Avon, NY

Avon, NY -- A two-vehicle collision between a passenger vehicle and a box truck claimed the life of 75-year-old Norma Miller in Avon, NY Wednesday, January 11, 2017.

Sources say the woman was the occupant of a vehicle that was headed east on Route 15 when the incident happened. The details of the collision are sparse, but at some point her vehicle and the box truck collided. Ms. Miller was taken to a local hospital, but succumbed to her injuries Friday, January 13, 2017. The driver of the box truck and an unnamed passenger were left unhurt in the incident.

The official investigation is ongoing and may reveal more details as it concludes.
