4 Injured in Dallas, TX, Three-vehicle Accident on Buckner

Dallas, TX -- January 13, 2017, at least four people sustained injuries due to an accident where three vehicles crashed along Buckner Boulevard.

Dallas authorities were called out to the accident scene at about 11:30 p.m. They say it took place at the intersection of Buckner Boulevard and Lake June Road.

Preliminary reports indicate that a man was driving a Chevrolet pickup southbound on Buckner at the time. As he traveled through the crossing, the pickup somehow made contact with a Honda Civic also traveling through the intersection. The pickup then ran off-road and crashed into a parked Chevy Malibu.

Following the incident, the driver and three people from the pickup sustained serious injuries. They were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Reports also say that passengers of the Honda sustained minor injuries. They were also taken to a hospital.

At this time, police have not issued any charges or citations in relation to the accident. Their investigations are still underway.
