Michael Cada Killed in Alleged Alcohol Related Accident in Gillette, WY

Gillette, WY -- A single-vehicle alleged alcohol related crash claimed the life of 52-year-old Michael Cada Thursday, January 12, 2017.

Sources say a vehicle containing Mr. Cada was traveling along Highway 14 when the incident occurred. It appears the vehicle failed in an attempt to merge into the left lane, spinning out of control, rolling several times. The vehicle then went into a ditch, throwing the deceased victim from the vehicle. Mr. Cada was killed at the scene of the incident. Authorities had not disclosed an official cause of death at the time of the report.

Officials are currently examining the details of the crash, and believe alcohol was a factor.
