Barbara Terry Killed, Brent L. Durbin Hurt in Accident in Moulton, AL

Moulton, AL -- A four-vehicle collision on Alabama 24 claimed the life of Barbara Terry and left Brent L. Durbin with injuries Thursday, January 5, 2017 in the area of Moulton, AL.

It appears a Ford Freestyle containing Mrs. Terry collided with a vehicle containing Mr. Durbin. The incident reportedly occurred near County Road 460 and Alabama 24 around 8:50 a.m. Mrs. Terry was transported by air to Huntsville Hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries. Mr. Durbin was taken to Lawrence Medical Center with undisclosed injuries. His current condition is unknown.

The cause of the collision is unclear at this time.

Officials are conducting an examination of the collision in the hopes of determining what may have occurred.
