McKenzie Faulk Killed in Gallatin, TN Accident

Gallatin, TN -- Gallatin, TN Monday, January 10, 2017: A single-vehicle incident in the area of Big Station Camp Blvd. claimed the life of 24-year-old McKenzie Faulk.

It looks like Mrs. Faulk's vehicle was eastbound on Nashville Pike about 9:30 p.m. when the incident took place. Reports say the vehicle crashed into a guardrail, rolled over into a group of trees and burst into flames. Though emergency crews were able to extricate Mrs. Faulk and transport her to a local hospital, she later succumbed to her injuries. It is believed the deceased victim was the sole occupant of the vehicle.

The cause of the incident had yet to be established at the time of the report.

The official investigation is currently underway.

The report, due to the immediacy of the incident, provided no further information.
