Yoshio Dominguez Romero & Faustino Mendez-Romero Hurt in Marlboro Twp., NJ Accident

Marlboro, Township, NJ -- A single-vehicle crash left 23-year-old Yoshio Dominguez Romero and Faustino-Mendez Romero injured in Marlboro Township, NJ.

It appears the incident took place on Ryan Rd. in the area of Marlboro, NJ Sunday, January 8, 2017.

Police say a 2001 Jeep Cherokee containing the two victims was eastbound on Ryan when it veered off the roadway. The vehicle then collided with a tree, trapping the two men within the wreckage. The two men required extrication from the vehicle and were taken to a nearby hospital. Both men reportedly sustained non-life threatening injuries.

Authorities are unclear as to what caused the incident.

The official investigation is ongoing and may reveal more details as it concludes.
