Lukahe Herren Killed in Accident in Centralia, WA

Chehalis, WA -- A pedestrian vs. SUV collision on Interstate 5 left 16-year-old Lukahe Herren dead in Centralia, WA Friday, January 6, 2017.

It appears the victim was attempting top walk across the interstate when she was struck by an SUV. The incident reportedly took place about 6:30 p.m. on I-5 near Mellen Street. The details regarding the deadly crash are unclear, but police have identified the victim as Lukahe Herren.

The official investigation is currently underway, and authorities hope to learn more as it unfolds.
