Keith Alan Jones Killed in Two-Vehicle Montgomery Co., TX Truck Accident on FM 1484

Montgomery County, TX -- A two-vehicle incident involving a passenger car and a garbage truck claimed the life of Keith Jones Thursday, January 5, 2017.

The details of the crash are unclear, but it appears a Toyota Corolla and garbage truck collided head-on on FM 1484. The truck reportedly veered off the roadway, but the occupants were unhurt in the crash. 54-year-old Keith Alan Jones, a resident of Cleveland, was transported to a local hospital, but later succumbed to his injuries.

Police officials had yet to determine who may have been responsible in the incident.

The official investigation is currently underway.

More details of the incident may be forthcoming pending the conclusion of the investigation.
