Eric, Carrie, Victoria & Skylar Falbe Killed in Accident in Payson, AZ

Payson, AZ -- A single-plane crash in the area of Payson, AZ claimed the lives of four members of the Falbe family: Eric, Carrie, Victoria & Skylar.

The incident occurred in the area of the Mogollon Rim Monday, January 2, 2017.

The details of the crash are unclear, but officials say the single-engine Cessna plane was en route from Scottsdale, AZ to Telluride, CO. Authorities say the plane went missing Monday evening, and was found wrecked just north of the area of Payson Tuesday. The report claims multiple emergency crews joined the search in locating the missing family. It appears the family was on their annual vacation at the time of the deadly incident.

Authorities are reviewing the details of the crash to determine a cause.

The preliminary press release provided no further information regarding the crash.
