Man Injured in Car Accident on Josey Lane in Carrollton, TX

Carrollton, TX — January 19, 2024, a man was injured as the result of a single-vehicle car accident at around midnight on North Josey Lane.

According to preliminary information released by investigators, the crash took place off the corner of the Josey Lane and Red Oak Lane intersection.

Officials said that a 34-year-old Dallas man was in a Hyundai Accent going southbound along Josey. The vehicle somehow went off the side of the road onto the median where it then crashed into a tree. Due to the crash, the driver of the Hyundai had apparently serious injuries.

No one else appeared to be in the vehicle at the time, and authorities mentioned no other vehicles being involved in the crash. Right now, additional details about the accident are unavailable.
