Framanian Plowden Jr. Killed in Car Accident in Spring, TX

Harris County, TX — January 20, 2024, Framanian Plowden Jr. was killed as the result of a car accident at around 2:11 a.m. on Spring Stuebner Road.

Initial details released by the Harris County Sheriff's Department say that the crash happened at Spring Stuebner Road and Kardy Street, just east of Gosling Road.

Right now, it appears that 20-year-old Framanian Plowden was in a Nissan Altima going westbound along Spring Stuebner. That vehicle apparently lost control, veered left, and crashed into a pole and a brick wall. As a result of this collision, Plowden's injuries proved to be fatal.

At this time, authorities say there may have been a black Dodge Ram involved in the incident, but details about potential charges or that driver's identity are unavailable pending investigations.
