Man Killed in Truck Accident on Rte. 30 in York County, PA

York County, PA — January 12, 2024, one man was killed in a truck accident at approximately 9:15 a.m. along Lincoln Highway, Rte. 30.

According to reports, the accident took place on Lincoln Highway in the vicinity of the Moulstown Road intersection.

The causal factors of the accident are unclear. Officials indicate, however, that the collision involved a passenger vehicle and an 18-wheeler. The 86-year-old man who had been an occupant of the passenger vehicle reportedly sustained critical injuries; he was transported to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive immediate treatment. However, he was ultimately unable to overcome the severity of his injuries, having been declared deceased at the hospital. No other injuries have been reported.
