Alexis Halton Jr. Injured in Alleged Drunk Driver Accident in Arlington, TX

Arlington, TX — December 23, 2023, Alexis Halton Jr. was injured following an alleged drunk driver accident at around 3:30 a.m. on Highway 360.

Officials said in preliminary statements that the accident happened on the northbound lanes of the highway near the East Arkansas Lane overpass.

According to investigations, 34-year-old Alexis Halton Jr. was on foot along the inside shoulder of the highway outside of a disabled vehicle. While there, it appears a Hyundai Elantra somehow crashed into the disabled vehicle, hitting Halton in the process.

Due to the collision, Halton had reportedly serious injuries. The driver of the Hyundai had apparently moderate injuries. Authorities allege that the Hyundai driver was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident, and they recommended a charge for intoxication assault. Further information can't be confirmed right now.
