Rosalinda Silva Killed in Car Accident in Snyder, TX

Snyder, TX — November 16, 2023, Rosalinda Silva was killed in a single-car accident at approximately 9:00 p.m. along 25th Street.

According to reports, 23-year-old Rosalinda Silva was traveling in a southbound Hyundai Accent on Avenue T approaching the 25th Street intersection when the accident took place.

For reasons yet to be confirmed, the vehicle was allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed. As it approached the intersection, it reportedly neglected to stop at the stop sign of the t-shaped intersection. Following that, rather than turning either left or right at the intersection, it continued straight, colliding with the guardrail of a bridge before flipping over it and landing in the creek bed below, resting on its passenger side.

Silva reportedly incurred fatal injuries as a result of the accident. The cause of the accident is under investigation by local authorities. The weather and road conditions in the area at the time were reported to have been clear and dry. Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time.
