Thomas Jamrock Killed in Truck Accident in Steuben County, IN

Steuben County, IN — November 14, 2023, Thomas Jamrock was killed in a truck accident just before 7:15 in the evening along U.S. 20.

According to authorities, 62-year-old Thomas Jamrock was traveling in a westbound 18-wheeler on U.S. 20 in the vicinity of C.R. 20 west of Angola when the accident occurred.

For unknown reasons, the 18-wheeler failed to safely negotiate a curve in the highway, resulting in the vehicle veering off of the roadway and colliding with a guardrail before overturning. Jamrock incurred fatal injuries as a result of the accident; he was declared deceased at the scene.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation by local authorities. The weather and road conditions in the area at the time of the incident were not reported on. There are not currently any additional details available.
