1 Killed in Truck Accident on Loop 410 in San Antonio, TX

San Antonio, TX — November 15, 2023, a man was killed in a rollover box truck accident along Loop 410.

According to reports, a man was traveling in a box truck along Loop 410 in the vicinity of the Kirby exit when the accident occurred. For unknown reasons, the truck was unable to safely negotiate a curve in the road, resulting in the truck colliding with a guardrail.

The collision with the guardrail caused the box truck to overturn, rolling until it came to rest in a grassy area in the vicinity of the access road. The sole occupant of the box truck—whose identity has not yet been confirmed—was reportedly pinned inside the wreckage of the vehicle. He incurred fatal injuries as a result of the accident, having been declared dead at the scene upon arrival of emergency services.
