Andres Zarate Diaz, 1 Injured in Car Accident in Houston, TX

Harris County, TX — August 3, 2023, Andres Zarate Diaz and another were injured following a car accident at around 6:19 a.m. along Bellaire Boulevard.

Authorities said in preliminary statements on the crash that it happened at the intersection of Bellaire Boulevard and Mullins Drive.

According to officials, 52-year-old Andres Diaz and a 51-year-old woman were in a Ford Edge going westbound along Bellaire at the time. While crossing Mullins, police say that a Dodge Ram also going westbound crashed with Diaz's vehicle. However, there is no claim of who is at fault for the crash.

Due to the collision, the woman in Diaz's vehicle was said to have incapacitating injuries. Diaz's injuries were unconfirmed. Right now, no charges or citations have been reported. The cause of the crash remains unclear.
