1 Injured in Truck Accident on the Inner Loop in Rochester, NY

Rochester, NY — November 15, 2023, one person was injured in a truck accident at around seven in the morning along the Inner Loop.

According to authorities, a 64-year-old man was traveling in an eastbound 18-wheeler on the Inner Loop in the vicinity of St. Paul Street when the accident occurred.

For unknown reasons, the 18-wheeler strayed out of the lane of travel and struck a guardrail, resulting in the vehicle overturning. The 64-year-old—whose identity has not yet been made public—reportedly incurred a severe injury to his arm; he was transported to a local hospital by emergency medical services for treatment.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation by local authorities. The weather and road conditions in the area at the time of the accident were not reported on. Further information pertaining to this accident is not currently available.
