Sergio Sanchez Injured in Truck Accident in Odessa, TX

UPDATE (November 28, 2023): The victim of this accident has been identified as 28-year-old Sergio Sanchez of Odessa, Texas.

Odessa, TX — October 29, 2023, one person was injured in a truck accident just before two o'clock in the morning along Murphy Street.

According to reports, a 28-year-old man was traveling in an eastbound Chevy Silverado just east of the Farm to Market 1936 intersection when the accident occurred.

For unknown reasons, the pickup rear-ended the trailer of an 18-wheeler which had been traveling in the lane ahead. The 28-year-old reportedly incurred severe injuries as a result of the accident; he was transported to a local medial facility in order to receive treatment.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation by local authorities. The weather and road conditions in the area at the time of the accident were reportedly clear and dry. No additional details are currently available pertaining to this incident.
