1 Injured in Car Accident on I.H. 10 in Seguin, TX

Seguin, TX — October 29, 2023, one person was injured in a pedestrian car accident just after 5:30 in the evening along Interstate Highway 10.

According to authorities, the accident took place on Interstate Highway 10 just east of the State Highway 90 junction.

A Kia Forte was eastbound on I-10 when the vehicle struck a 60-year-old man who had been on foot in the lanes of traffic. The man—whose identity has not been confirmed—reportedly incurred severe injuries as a result of the accident; he was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services for treatment.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation by local authorities. The weather and road conditions in the area at the time of the accident were reportedly clear and dry. No additional information is currently available.
