Nicole Lewis Killed in Truck Accident in Fairfax County, VA

Fairfax County, VA — November 9, 2023, Nicole Lewis was killed in a truck accident at about 12:20 in the morning along Interstate 495.

According to authorities, Nicole Lewis—age 40—was traveling at a lower rate of speed in a westbound Honda Accord in the vicinity of mile post 175 when the accident occurred. The Honda was reportedly partially on the shoulder and partially in the right-most lane.

For unknown reasons, an 18-wheeler traveling in the right-hand lane of the interstate made contact with the rear of the Honda, causing the vehicle to collide with the wall. Lewis was declared deceased at the scene of the accident. No other injuries were reported in connection with this incident.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation by local authorities. The weather and road conditions in the area at the time of the accident have not been reported on. No additional information is available at this point in time.
