D.J. Hayden, Zach McMillan, Ralph Oragwu, 3 Killed, Jeffery Lewis, 1 Injured in Car Accident in Houston, TX

Houston, TX — November 11, 2023, D.J. Hayden, Zach McMillan, Ralph Oragwu, and three other people were killed, and Jeffery Lewis and one other person were injured in a car accident at about 2 a.m. along Fannin Street.

According to reports, an Acura SUV was heading south on Fannin Street at the Pierce Street intersection with a green light indication when the accident occurred.

For unknown reasons, a Chrysler, which was heading east on Pierce Street, failed to stop for the red light, resulting in a collision with the Acura. After the collision with the Acura, the Chrysler allegedly veered onto the sidewalk where it struck and killed a pedestrian. It is unclear, at this point in time, who was occupying which vehicle, but four people were declared deceased at the scene. Four others were taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries incurred during the incident, two of which later succumbed to their injuries, having been pronounced dead at the hospital. Of the two survivors, one is allegedly still unconscious, while the other is in reportedly stable condition.

D.J. Hayden, Zach McMillan, Ralph Oragwu and three other people were killed as a result of the incident; Jeffery Lewis and one other person involved survived. The cause of the accident has not been confirmed. The incident remains under active investigation by authorities. There are no additional details available at this time.
